General Refund and Revision Policy

At Future Sense Systems LLC, we strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions like websites, applications, logo design, social media marketing, social media management, SEO e-commerce services, content management services, content writing services, ebook writing, publishing, and ghostwriting services that meet the expectations of our clients. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund or revision is necessary. Therefore, we have outlined our comprehensive refund and revision policies below:

Refund Eligibility:

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our services. If you are not satisfied with the product or have any concerns about the quality of our work, please let us know immediately but not later than 24 hours. We will do everything in our control to address your concerns and provide a solution. Please note that a change of mind is not an eligible reason for a refund.

Refund Requests:

If you wish to request a refund, you must do so within 7 days of receiving the final product or service. Refund requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for consideration. Please email us at info@techigems.com with your request, and we will respond within 3 business days to discuss the issue.Please note that the following services are non-refundable:

  • Domain name registration
  • Website hosting fees
  • Additional services requested after the initial project agreement
  • Application deployment and registration charges
  • SMM services
  • SEO services

If you decide to cancel your project before it is completed, we will refund any payments made for services not yet rendered upon provision of a genuine reason.

Revision Policy:

Revisions are contingent on the package selected. Clients can approach us for unlimited free amendments, and we will revise their design with no extra charges, given that the originally provided design and concept remain intact. The revision turnaround time is 3 working days.

Special Refund Cases (Ghostwriting Services):

We offer refunds only in special cases and specified conditions, detailed as under:

  1. Change of Mind:
  • The customer is entitled to a 100% refund before our writers/editors start working on the project.
  • If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, you can ask for a refund. A 40% processing fee will be charged in other cases.
  1. Incompetent Delivery:
    • Customers can claim a refund once they have exhausted all options detailed below:
      • If the delivered work does not comply with project requirements as requested/documented by the customer.
      • We offer reasonable revisions to ensure satisfaction. We will reassign and rewrite the work to ensure it meets the requirements.
      • If we’re still not able to deliver what was asked for, a refund will be processed with mutual agreement on a set percentage but only in cases where the delivery is completely off the mark and nothing has been delivered to the client.

Late Delivery:

  • If we fail to deliver the requested service on time after at least three attempts to contact us, a refund will be processed once it is established through documentary evidence that the late delivery was the company’s fault.
  1. Refund Time Frame:

    • Refunds must be claimed within 7 days of delivery. Refunds claimed after this period will not be entertained.
  2. Cases Where Refund Will Not Be Issued:
    • In cases of late delivery due to minor technical errors such as grammatical issues or typing errors, refunds will be processed with mutual agreement. The company will only settle with a partial refund or discounts reserved for future purchases.
    • The company will not be responsible for any delay from the client’s end.
    • No refund will be issued on the basis of low-quality writing.

Additional Refund Conditions (Software Design Policies):

  1. Initial Design and Concepts Approval:
    • Any funds deposited will not be liable for a refund if the initial design and concepts are approved or if a change is requested after delivery unless Future Sense Systems LLC cancels the contract for a reason other than a breach or non-execution by the client.
  2. Refund Request Timing:
    • If a refund request is made before the delivery of initial design concepts, a full refund (less 10% administration and processing charge) will be issued.
    • If the refund request is made within 48 hours, a 66% refund (less 10% administration and processing charge) will be issued.
    • If the refund request is made within 48-72 hours after initial design delivery, a 33% refund (less 10% service and processing fee) will be issued.
    • No refund request will be entertained after 72 hours of initial design delivery.
  3. Inaction by Customer:
    • No refund will be entertained if the customer goes unresponsive at any point in time for 7 working days.
  4. Final Files Delivery:
    • No refund will be entertained after final files have been delivered.
  5. Hosting and Registration Charges:
    • All charges related to web hosting services are non-refundable. Once a service is activated, it is deemed fully delivered and non-refundable.
    • App deployment and registration charges on Google Play, App Store or any corresponding platform will be non-refundable.

How to Claim Your Refund

To ensure that your refund request is processed effectively and approved, please make sure that you meet the following requirements:

After the refund, the rights to your design would be transferred to info@techigems.com, and you would not legally be allowed to display any version of the design sent by the company.

Any changes to the policy will be posted on the Future Sense Systems LLC website and will become effective immediately.
